Day 1: Maun to Makgadikgadi Pans National Park

Upon arrival in Maun, connect to your light aircraft flight for the airstrip at Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, about 140 kilometres southeast of Maun. On arrival at the airstrip, the camp staff will greet you and transfer you to the camp.

The balance of the day is at leisure to relax or begin your exploration of the National Park on a game drive.

Day 2: Makgadikgadi Pans National Park

A full day of guided game drives in the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park focusing on the exceptional wildlife sightings along the Boteti River. Depending on the water level, boat activities are also provided.

Leroo La Tau translates as 'lion's paw' but, although the surrounding area features abundant Lion, Zebra and Wildebeest, it also boasts Chobe Bushbuck, Leopard, Cheetah, Brown and Spotted Hyena, Impala, Kudu, Jackal, Porcupine, Genet and Caracal, to name but a few.

This evening return to camp and enjoy dinner in one of the indoor or outdoor dinning areas.

Day 3: Makgadikgadi Pans National Park

A second full day to explore the Makgadikgadi Pans on your included game drives and boat activites (water level dependent).

Day 4: Makgadikgadi Pans National Park to Okavango Delta

Following breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight to the Okavango Delta. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to camp. This afternoon, depart on your first game viewing activity time permitting.

Day 5: Okavango Delta

A full day spent in the Moremi Reserve as you explore this wonderful area on scheduled game drives and boat cruises. The diverse habitat ensures prolific sightings of Elephant, Buffalo, Hyena, Giraffe, Hippo, Wildebeest, Kudu, Lechwe, Lion and Leopard, among many others. Birding is spectacular, especially in the spring and summer months when the migrants are breeding.

Day 6: Okavango Delta

A second full day spent on safari with your included activities.

Day 7: Okavango Delta to Chobe National Park

Following breakfast transfer to the airstrip for the flight to Kasane, where the Chobe Game Lodge staff will be waiting to transfer you.

The Chobe National Park is located in the Northern part of Botswana and lies along the Chobe River, which borders Botswana and Namibia. The Park is the second largest in Botswana and is known for its superb game viewing all year round, as it has one of the largest populations of game on the African continent. Chobe is probably best known for its impressive Elephant herds.

Day 8: Chobe National Park

Early-morning and late-afternoon game drives are conducted by expert guides in open-sided 4x4 vehicles to ensure maximum visibility of Chobe National Park's spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife. Riverside game viewing may be done from small and highly manoeuvrable boats, perfect for morning or sunset cruises.

Day 9: Depart

Following an early morning game drive and breakfast, transfer to Kasane airport for your onward journey.
